
Robert M. Kock
The
president of ICM is Robert M. Kock, a financial executive for over 35
years. As Chief Executive Officer he also oversees direct
administration, government compliance, and operations of the company.
He is responsible for economic and security analysis, portfolio
management, and client contact. He has extensive experience in
both the domestic and international investment markets.
For twelve years, Mr. Kock was with Goldman Sachs & Co., in New York City and in London, England, where he executed their global fixed-income strategy. During the next eight years, he was the senior Managing Director-Europe for Smith Barney in London and in Paris, where he created and brought new investment products to market. Most recently, prior to joining ICM, he was a consultant for Little & Co. in London, and Intercapital Securities, Inc., in New York City, as well as managing his own firm, Global Financial Resources in Darien, Connecticut. Bob Kock's schooling has included the University of Colorado, the University of Michigan, and the University of Bristol in Bristol, England. He has lived in Darien and Rowayton, Connecticut, since 1996.
Carol Gurliacci
Carol
Gurliacci is secretary-treasurer of ICM. She is responsible for
processing the firm's automated financial record system, payroll and tax
reporting, billing, accounts payable, client reports, compliance with
federal and state regulations, and the general operations of the firm.
Ms. Gurliacci is the former secretary-treasurer of Stobbs Printing Company in Bloomfield, New Jersey, where she served as a principal officer for five years. She has worked with the Darien-Norwalk YMCA, and has been a resident of Darien, Connecticut, since 1970.
Janet H. Reddock
The senior client service specialist of ICM is Janet Reddock, with over 30 years of experience in serving others. She is responsible for interfacing with clients in opening accounts, transmitting withdrawal requests to custodial brokers, reconciling custodian statements with ICM's records, changing addresses, and all of the other details required to act as an effective and essential liaison. In fact, you could say that while she is paid by ICM, she works for you.
She has served as an Administrative Assistant to the Norwalk Redevelopment Agency, Norwalk, Connecticut; Receptionist at the New Canaan YMCA, New Canaan, Connecticut; Office Manager of the Antique Furniture Newsletter, Katonah, NY; and temporary assignments for the Albert B. Sabin Vaccine Foundation, New Canaan, Conn.; General Electric Company, Fairfield, Conn., and AOL Time Warner, New York, NY.
She has an A.B. Degree from Pine Manor Junior College, Wellesley, MA; a Certificate of Completion from Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School, New York, NY; and attended the University of Colorado.
She has lived in Connecticut since 1980; first in Wilton, Conn., and then in New Canaan, Conn., since 1982.
Regis W. Schultis, Jr.
Regis W. Schultis, Jr. is a director of ICM and part of its investment committee. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a New York Stock Exchange supervisory analyst, and a member and former officer of various securities industry and chemical industry professional organizations. He has a wide range and depth of experience in security analysis and managing various accounts. From 1967 he was Smith Barney's senior chemical analyst and a member of the firm's Investment Policy Committee. In 1977 he joined Citibank as a leading analyst covering the basic industries and foreign stocks as well as sitting on the firm's Equity Strategy and Investment Policy committees. He was also involved in managing two major Middle Eastern portfolios. After 10 years at Citibank, he was employed by J.P. Morgan Securities as Director of Equity Research and stock market strategist.
He is currently chairman of Van Cleef, Jordan and Wood, Inc., an independent investment counseling firm for individuals and trust accounts.
Mr. Schultis has S.B. and S.M. degrees in chemical engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M>B>A. degree from Harvard Business School. He has been a long time resident of New York City since 1963.
Philip B. Smith
Philip B. Smith is vice chairman, director and a shareholder of ICM and chairman of its executive and examining committees.
Mr. Smith has been the managing general partner of Private Equity Partnership, L.P. since 1988, and he is a co-founder and vice-chairman of IQ Venture Partners, Inc., New York City, and investment bank. He is also a partner of Aretê, the Utech Funds and the Microgen Funds. He was a founder of Citicorp Venture Capital, where he served as president and chief executive officer from 1967 to 1972. He also served as a vice-president and senior credit officer at Citibank, N.A., at Irving Trust Company as an executive vice president and group executive, and as a managing director of Prudential Securities in its Merchant Bank. Mr. Smith was a director of Movie Gallery, Inc. until June 2003, and he has been an adjunct professor in the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. He graduated from Princeton University, BSE and Harvard Business School, MBA. Mr. Smith has lived in Darien, Conn., since 1963.
Michael J. F. Little
Michael J. F. Little is a director and shareholder of ICM.
Mr. Little is a disciplined financial executive with a reputation for innovation and a track record of entrepreneurship in world capital markets. His background includes foreign exchange and commodity trading with Irving Trust, Continental Grain Company and Cargill, Inc. He has also run trading desks at Dean Witter, Morgan Guaranty Ltd and Dillon Read in London, England. More recently he has managed his own firm Ariel (UK) Limited and returned to university to obtain his law degree, (LLB with Honours), from Southampton University School of Law. He is a member of the New York Bar Association.
Jonathan D. Agnew
Jonathan D. Agnew is a director and shareholder of ICM and chairman of its compliance, audit and marketing committees.
Mr. Agnew is the founder and president of W.A.&S. Partners, LLC, a real estate investment group. Previously he was president and chief operating officer of Plain Sight Systems, Inc., Hamden, Conn., a developer of optical device systems. He was chief financial officer of PetroChemNet, Inc., a provider of information and trading services to petrochemical professionals, and is a director of finance at Time Inc. Television.
Mr. Agnew is a graduate of Princeton University and holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business. Mr. Agnew has lived in Darien, Conn., since 1991.
